Educational campaign

We Play Green together with our partner the Rainforest Foundation Norway are running an educational campaign produced and funded by Meg Ryan’s Empowered Studio.

The topic of the educational documentary is the impact of sports on communities & the world, featuring our founder Morten Thorsby and Anders Haug Larsen, Director of International Advocacy at Rainforest Foundation Norway.

The episode will air on 170 local public television stations throughout the USA from December 2024 to end of year 2025. An educational campaign will be broadcast via ESPN throughout 2025. The Green Shift is a global challenge. If we can mobilize the individuals of the enormous global football family, we can win the game against the planetary crises. To help the players mobilize the football family members, we need to facilitate collaborations with a diversity of stakeholders.

To make such collaborations possible, we have designed an activation platform that benefits all, scales globally, operates locally, and effectively impacts the different segments of the football family, including grassroots, fans, and supporters.
